Braham Group has added £6 million worth of projects to its electrical and mechanical portfolios.
63 apartments on the Merrion Road Dublin, working alongside developer Lioncor. The former Peugeot dealership site will consist of 17 one-bedroom apartments, 34 two-bedroom apartments and 12 three-bedroom apartments, all of which have a terrace or balcony.
Phase 2 of Translink electric bus chargers, in their Coleraine and Pennyburn depots. This project continues from the first phase that was completed in Short Strand and Milewater. This investment will be key to helping Translink achieve its climate action target of a 50% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2040.
The most notable project has to be Yorkgate Train Station Belfast, working in conjunction with Graham Construction, Braham Group are due to complete the full electrical and mechanical services for this remarkable project. The refurbishment will be key to creating a sustainable network as part of a green economic recovery.
52 apartments for Circle Voluntary Housing Association in Inchicore, Dublin. Working alongside Ganson Building & Civil Engineering, the development will act as an integrated housing development for the elderly which will allow them to remain in their homes for as long as possible. The complex consists of 16 two-bedroom apartments and 36 one-bedroom apartments.
St Peter’s National School, Dunboyne will add to our ever-growing educational portfolio across the UK & Ireland. The brand-new school will consist of 5 classrooms and 2 special educational needs classrooms. Braham Group have been awarded the contract with DCM Contracts.
Finally, Ashbourne Community National School, Meath. The development of a 16 classroom school with special educational needs areas will be multi-denominational, run under the patronage of the state-owned Louth and Meath Education and Training Board. Braham Group look forward to working alongside OHLA-OHMG-JV on the excellent project in 2023.
