This project involved the complete refurbishment of the existing headquarters building of AIB Bank, on Ann Street, Belfast. This would rationalise their existing office use to the ground, first and second floors, leaving the upper floors vacant for a future tenant. The live nature of the building, with many staff still in place, meant a challenging program, with a phased approach required to complete each area. This was successful, and lead to a high quality office installation.
