This new apartment complex in North Dublin contains 124 apartments in a mixture of 1 and 2 bedrooms spread across 6 stories. It is based on a very tight site, necessitating an underground car park. This also provided complexities during construction, both in terms of getting our engineers to site, as well as scheduling deliveries into timeslots to minimise disruption.
Landscaped areas and a children’s play area with external lighting wrap around the building, with a creche located on the ground floor for convenience.
